Most online apparel sites are built around volume. If you have a five-person crew, that model does not fit — you end up with a box of extra shirts in sizes nobody wears, or you skip it entirely and your crew shows up in whatever they own.
Producing shirts here in Hiram means small batches work. Order what your crew actually needs, and reorder when you hire someone.
